Anne B. Dewey, CFA

Ms. Dewey has enjoyed great success during her 20+ years in the financial services industry. Currently, she is leading the development of the registered investment advisory portion of a start up online investment site. Prior to her current engagement, Ms. Dewey held the position of Vice President with Western Union Payment Services, which provides mortgage payment processing to consumers on behalf of mortgage servicing companies. In her role at Western Union Payment Services she led the Sales, Business Development and Project Management teams to define and quantify growth opportunities for the organization. Initiatives included defining product features & functions, developing financial projections (GAAP adjusted Revenue & EBIT impact over 5 years), and working with other departments to assess market positioning, product capabilities, technical requirements, customer relationship positioning, and ongoing support service requirements.

Prior to Western Union Payment Services, Ms. Dewey was Vice President, Product Development, Chief Investment Officer, and Registered Principal at 10x, Inc. 10x was a privately held Internet financial services startup firm, consisting of a registered investment advisor and a wholly owned broker dealer, 10x Securities.

In addition, Ms. Dewey has several years experience as a senior consultant/business analyst in the financial services industry, including two years with Price Waterhouse Coopers. She began her financial services career as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Bailard, Biehl and Kaiser, an investment advisory firm servicing high net worth individuals. At BB&K, Ms. Dewey was responsible for strategic technology planning and investment consulting.  

Ms. Dewey holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Patti Haring

Ms. Haring has over 15 years experience in IT infrastructure and application design and implementation. Most recently, she was tasked with insuring the successful implementation of all technology systems that are ancillary to the core ERP systems at Mervyns, a major west-coast promotional retailer. The ancillary systems included Human Resources, Legal, Loss Prevention, Product Design and Development, Marketing, Web Portals, and several others. Ms. Haring prides herself on her ability to build cohesive teams who can accomplish monumental tasks in very short time frames. Among Ms. Haring's accomplishments is the successful development and deployment of Mervyns' vendor portal. A feat she and her team accomplished in just 10 weeks. In addition, Ms. Haring's team built from the ground up and implemented a robust, collaborative intranet site built on Sharepoint technology. The site is used as the primary communications vehicle enterprise wide and for project collaboration.

Previously, Ms Haring served as a Technical Architect for Target Corporation. Her responsibilities included technology strategic planning and implementation for specific Mervyns business units. Prior to joining Mervyns, Ms. Haring worked as head of the Client and Technical Support Services group for Aequitron Medical, Inc., a manufacturer of Class II durable medical devices where she acquired her initial expertise in IT Project Implementation. As an independent consultant, she has also used her project management skills to support the production operations of several small manufacturing companies and to provide technology support to other small businesses.

Ms Haring is a graduate of Michigan State University, and holds an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN.
